quick answers

Frequently asked questions

At Stallion Contracting, we believe good projects start with clarity. Here are the questions we hear most from builders, property managers, and homeowners alike.

1. How do I know if a roof  repair or full replacement?

If the damage is minor and localized, it can likely be repaired. However, if the roof is aging, leaking often, or has widespread issues, replacement is the smarter move.

2. How often should I have my roof inspected?

At least once a year—and always after severe storms. Regular inspections catch issues early and help extend the life of your roof.

3. Do you work on active construction sites?

Yes. We coordinate directly with GCs, site supervisors, and other trades to keep your schedule on track and ensure safe, organized workflow.

4. Will insurance cover my roof repair?

It depends on the cause. Damage from storms, wind, or hail is often covered—age and wear are not. We’ll help document everything and guide you through the claim if coverage applies.

5. what Type of Roofing Systems do you install?

We install shingle, metal, low-slope, slate, and commercial-grade systems like TPO, EPDM, and PVC. From classic homes to flat-roof builds, we tailor every roof to match the structure, budget, and performance goals.

6. Can you match new roofing to an existing structure?

In many cases, yes—we do our best to match shingle type, profile, and color for a seamless look. With older or discontinued materials, an exact match isn’t always possible, but we’ll walk you through the best available options before we start.

7. Do you offer warranties on your work?

Yes. We back our installations with labor warranties, and we register manufacturer warranties where applicable—so you’re covered both ways.

8. What’s your typical project timeline?

Timelines vary based on scope, but most residential roofs take 1–3 days once materials are on site. Larger or commercial projects are scheduled based on size, access, and coordination with your team. We’ll give you a clear timeline up front—and stick to it
